Habit Leverages At-Home DNA Test Kits to Create Personalized Diets

Habit is a new personalized dieting app and program that intends to function as an AI-powered personal nutritionist.
Users signing up for the program will be required to complete a startup test that will evaluate 70 different health markers. In addition, they will be asked to provide details regarding their activity levels and goals.

In total, each user will complete two at-home tests, which will arrive in the form of a DNA swab. In many ways, this aspect of the program is similar to the DNA results one receives 23andMe or AncestryDNA. According to each user's specific DNA-based results, the app will then produce a highly-tailored meal plan program that takes into account each user's specific genetic makeup, metabolism, and overarching goals.
