After dismantling her 70-year-old home, a ceramic artist named Pim decided that this guesthouse by all(zone) architects was the best way to capitalize on the resulting plethora of leftover building materials.
The resulting two-story Thai sala (living room) is a veritable Frankenstein tribute to the former structure's parts and now serves as a meeting place for Pim's family and friends. With its distinctly rustic appearance, the biggest achievement of this guesthouse by all(zone) architects is how it successfully manages to create something so new while keeping Pim's memories largely intact.
