Casio America has released the 'DW-5600MNC' collection, a new take on the classic 'G-SHOCK 5600' series that replaces the traditional resin or rubber strap with a stretchable polyester band that can expand up to nearly three times its original length.
The new G-SHOCK 5600 cloth band incorporates a FIDLOCK buckle system, which uses both magnetic attraction and a mechanical lock to allow one-handed fastening and release. This feature draws inspiration from outdoor and sports equipment.
The reimagined DW-5600MNC collection offers three color variations, including black, light gray with neon yellow accents, and a multi-toned option with navy, orange, and yellow details. The bezel utilizes bio-based resin as part of a more environmentally conscious material choice.
