Tender Greens wants to help consumers kick-off 2025 on a healthy note with the debut of its new Grilled Sea Bass Bowl.
For its newest dish, Tender Greens has taken inspiration from the Blue Zone diet, which is a diet that revolves around whole, unprocessed foods that are high in essential nutrients. The new Grilled Sea Bass Bowl embodies this diet with mild and buttery sea bass, which is high in protein, omega-3 oils, and vitamins A, D, and E. The bowl also includes roasted mushrooms, fingerling potatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil labneh.
Alongside the new Grilled Sea Bass Bowl, Tender Greens is also serving up a new Winter Panzanella Salad. As Oliver Plust, Corporate Executive Chef of Tender Greens, explains, "These new pescatarian and vegetarian options align with the principles of the Blue Zone diet, which emphasizes whole, nutrient-dense foods for longevity."
