London-based street artist D*Face has moved his street art indoors for a graffiti-inspired collection titled 'The New World Disorder.' Opening at London's StolenSpace Gallery on June 6, this collection explores the trials and tribulations of modern urban living.
As a whole, the collection will look back on D*Face's past seven years of work, including both his street art and stand-alone pieces. His cartoonish artwork depicts crumbling and faded people exploring stressful cities. One piece shows a woman clinging to a leather jacketed man on a motorcycle. Half of her face has faded and she looks to be in a daze. The man is almost corpse-like, almost zombified, so that he appears hardly human.
