As its name suggests, Cricket Flours specializes in creating a variety of products with crickets, which contain all of the essential amino acids, omegas, B12 and iron. Crickets are also a complete source of protein, as they are between 60-70% protein by weight. They also provide a much more sustainable alternative to other animal sources of protein, as chickens and cows consume huge quantities of valuable resources like water and feed in comparison to crickets.
