While listening to punk rock music, this chef created a dessert called 'Coffee and Cigarettes,' which uses black sesame, cassis, cocoa and charcoal. This dish is not currently on the menu, however a similar one, which has not been named uses these same ingredients as well. This dessert is plated to look as though it was dragged through the dirt and sprinkled with soil.
