These Gluten-Free Snacks from Pamela's Products Include Coffee and Tea

Cold Brew Chocolate, Espresso Myself and Salted Caramel Latte are not the names of drinks from Pamela's Products, but gluten-free snack bars that are made with infusions of coffee and tea.

These products are known as 'Ambition Bars,' each of which provides 70 milligrams of caffeine per bar. While excluding grains, gluten and GMO ingredients, the protein-rich vegan snack bars are made with wholesome, flavorful ingredients like organic nut butter, flax, date paste and coconut flour.

These Ambition Bars demonstrate a convergence in food and beverage crossovers, as well as edibles that contain traces of caffeine for an on-the-go pick-me-up. These new products were unveiled at the annual Natural Products Expo West show in California.
