The 'Giro' faucet has been designed by Brazil-based architect Gui Mattos for Docol that highlights an unexcited functionality to help enhance the look and feel of the bathroom fixture. The faucet looks like a somewhat obscure metal block when turned off, but reveals the spout when twisted in order to offer users easy access to H2O. This creates a bold aesthetic that will help to enhance the uniform design of a bathroom and helps to make the essential fixture virtually from view when not in use.
The 'Giro' faucet will only start to release water once it has reached a fully extended form to prevent splash or leaking from occurring. Users can control the water flow from a flow regulator at one of ends of the main box.
