The Giambattista Valli Couture 2013 collection is a Gothic goddess wardrobe come to fruition.
The stellar show displayed the gorgeous garments in a serene manner, allowing the gowns to dominate the runway. Exquisite designs included the dramatic cut-away skirts, the mullet skirt dresses and the fluttery tulle ballgowns. All of the well-tailored garments were in a monochromatic palette and were delicate and dark. The Giambattista Valli pieces were breathtaking and demure. Each piece unravels as it moves and is intricate. Showstoppers include a stunning black and white abstract patterned cape dress and an unbelievable knotted crochet patterned evening dress.
