GE Capital Taylor Guitar Ad Campaign Uses Real Executives

BBDO New York is heading up a GE Capital promo campaign featuring Taylor Guitars. The GE Capital Taylor Guitar promotion includes a GE website Taylor Guitar page as well as television commercials and print and digital advertisements.

The GE Capital Taylor Guitar ads are cleverly done and sparked some discussion in my house about Deb Barker, who is featured with Taylor president Bob Taylor. When Barker plays an impressive flamenco riff, it’s not clear that she is indeed a GE Capital executive. Lucky for GE to have just the right person to work with Taylor to musically promote their services.
