Inspired by the shelled mammal of Central and South America, the Armadillo Swinging Garden Chair features a design that's focused on offering relaxation and tranquility.
Designed by Mexican interior designer and architect Jaoquin Homsfor, the chair was created for the Point Furniture company.
The chair features a dedicated aluminum frame that provides ample support for the large shell-inspired seat. The hanging aesthetic allows the seat to provide a soothing bit of motion, while the retractable shell top can provide protection from the sun or a touch of privacy from those nearby.
The Armadillo Swinging Garden Chair can be utilized either with or without the accompanying frame, which makes it great to hang from a tree or other solid structure for maximum design flexibility.
