Battling Robot Toys

'Ganker' Robots Fight Without the Need for Programming Knowledge

Ever since 'BattleBots' came on the air in the early 2000s, kids and kids at heart have dreamed of pitting warrior bots against one another, and 'Ganker' robots are trying to make that dream a reality. Without any mechanical or coding knowledge, consumers can build their own toy Ganker robot and battle them through the use of an attached app.

Though not as technologically complex as the robots from BattleBots, Ganker robots have their fair share of tech. Once put together, the toys connect to an app that lets their owners control them. In battle, the Ganker robots' armor is sensitive to the touch, so when struck by an opponent's weapon, the app will register the damage. If either robot takes enough damage, they will "die" and the other bot is declared robo-champion.
