Fruity Sushi Snacks

'Frushi' is Fruit-Based Sushi Street Food

While sushi has undoubtedly become one of the most popular cuisines in the world since it spread out from Japan in the 90s, Frushi is aiming to take a twist on sushi to an area that it can't normally go. The fruity snack brings a sushi-like meal to the street, and since fresh fish doesn't fare well as street food, Frushi is the perfect alternative.

As the portmanteau suggests, Frushi is fruit-based sushi. It consists of fresh fruit either rolled with rice or topping rice in the same way that fresh fish is used in traditional sushi. Frushi as a brand began as a food cart in Copenhagen, and the founders are looking to spread beyond the streets with a new Kickstarter campaign.
