French-Style Yogurts

Yoplait's 'Oui' French Yogurt is Meant to Be Cut with a Spoon, Not Stirred

Yoplait is expanding its yogurt assortment with a new French yogurt line that's simply called 'Oui by Yoplait.'

The recipe for Oui by Yoplait takes inspiration from Yoplait Saveur d’Autrefois, which has exclusively sold in France for more than two decades. Now, US consumers will be able to enjoy the taste of a thick, French-style yogurt that is meant to be cut with a spoon rather than stirred.

Since the yogurt products are poured into individual glass pots and left to set, this process creates a rich, creamy texture that does not need additional stabilizers like corn starch or gelatin. Oui by Yoplait is now available in eight flavors, including classic flavors like Vanilla, Strawberry and Blueberry, as well as a two-ingredient Plain variety, which is made with just whole milk and yogurt cultures.
