Aetrex's Albert 2 Helps Customers Find Footwear & Orthotics

The Albert 2 is the next-generation foot-scanning system from Aetrex and it's engineered to help customers find the right fitting footwear and orthotics, offering more supportive in-store experiences. The easy-to-use, all-in-one scanner boasts a sleek and modern design and as Aetrex CEO Larry Schwartz says, "The system eliminates the need for retailers to use traditional, multi-step processes to drive footwear and orthotic sales."

Working with Albert 2 begins by stepping on the scanner with both feet—a process that takes 20 seconds or less to capture data on static and dynamic pressure, plus 3D foot measurements. Throughout the process, consumers are guided by Albert, a 3D animated Albert character.

The advanced scanning system is set to be available to retailers nationwide as of February 2021.
