California-based company PODX GO has launched a folding tiny home that is unique in that it can be folded down to one-third of its full size when it is being towed from place to place.
The 'Grande S1' tiny home uses a hydraulic mechanism to be unfolded, with the user only needing to hit a few buttons to make it happen. Once folded out to its full floor space of 364 square feet, this tiny home offers a living room, kitchen, bedroom and.a bathroom as well as handy amenities such as air conditioning, a water heater and a carbon dioxide alarm.
This unique folding tiny home is currently the subject of a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo, with backers able to make deposits towards pre-order prices ranging from $49,000 to $69,000.
