Taco John's is Testing a New Fit for You Bowls Lineup

With a growing demand for better-for-you options, Taco John's has begun testing a new lineup of Fit For You Bowls.

The new Fit For You Bowls are designed to appeal to health-conscious consumers who don't want to sacrifice flavor. The new bowls come in four different options, each of which caters to a different diet. There's a Protein Bowl filled with your choice of grilled chicken or hand-carved Sirloin steak, a Vegan Bowl piled high with roasted veggies, and a Vegetarian Bowl with a heaping serving of guacamole. While all those bowls feature a base of rice and beans, there's also a rice-free option called the 350 Bowl, which uses lettuce as the base.

The new bowls are currently being tested at select locations in Mankato, Minnesota, and Rapid City, South Dakota.
