The Express Double Drive Through uses the Miami Grill app and online ordering platforms for order-ahead curbside pickup and supports all major third-party delivery platforms, catering via Ezcater, and even passersby on foot with a pickup window for pedestrians. While Miami Grill's Express Double Drive Through does have a small area inside for customers who are ordering and picking up, notably this next-generation franchise model does not include a dining area.
