The AeroSlider is the name of the elevated train line concept and it is created by Jens Martin Skibsted. The vehicle looks like a train, however, its method of operation is quite different. Instead of a track, the AeroSlider runs through magnetic loops.
Although far from operational deployment, the team behind the AeroSlider "has actually put a lot of thought into the feasibility of the route, which passes from Africa to Europe to Asia."
