The Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter-Designed Flats are Chic

These incredibly elegant apartment interiors are carefully outfitted with the design sensibilities of Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter.

The spacious lofts are located within the Old Technical College's former Pharmaceutical Institute in Stockholm. The building is listed as a heritage location as it was designed by Sweedish architect Gustaf Dahl and built in the 1890s. As a result, both the exterior and the interior of the old structure bear strong ties to history through decor. The high ceilings and sculptural quality only amplify the possibilities of the space.

Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter overhauls the space, shifting the use of the building to residential. The elegant apartment interiors effortlessly tie to the preestablished atmosphere of the space.
