The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro recently debuted its patriotism with its new 'EH-MAZING Canadian' collection of savory food. The collection includes three one-of-a-kind burgers and a deep-fried bacon appetizer that's perfect for meat-lovers.
The 'BACON ME CRAZY' appetizer includes fives strips of deep-fried bacon with Montreal steak spice atop a bed of lettuce and includes a delicious and flavorful Smokey BBQ sauce for dipping. The first of the savory burgers featured in the launch includes 'You Butter Believe It' with a butter tart burger, brie cheese, bacon, arugula, a walnut butter tart filling, and a golden O-ring. The second mouthwatering burger is the 'Jurassic Pork BBQ Bacon Burger' and boasts a beef patty, Montreal steak spice, deep-fried crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, leaf lettuce, and a Smokey BBQ sauce. The last burger to be debuted is the 'Tragically Maple' burger and has three strips of maple bacon, house-made maple bacon jam, Canadian cheese curds, bacon sticks, arugula, and bacon-roasted garlic aioli.
