Egg-Infused Cappuccinos

Roundk's Signature 'Egg Cappuccino' Pairs Espresso and Egg Yolk

After finding much success in New York City, Roundk recently opened a new coffee shop in Los Angeles that shows off its innovative menu with a signature drink, the Egg Cappuccino.

As its name suggests, the Egg Cappuccino puts a twist on the traditional espresso-based coffee drink with the addition of an egg yolk. The unlikely combination of egg and espresso gets whisked together and topped with a fresh scoop of whipped cream to create a unique new drinking experience.

Roundk is no stranger to unconventionally infused drinks—some of its other inventions include lattes with wasabi or all-black organic coconut ash. As a whole, Roundk's North American cafes aim to share the experience of a Dah-Bahn, or Korean coffee shop.
