This $53 Million Malibu Home by Ed Niles Features a Barbecue Tower

Architect Ed Niles has created an extremely modern house on the beach-front in Malibu. The residence is a collaborative effort with current home owner Dr. Wei-Tzuoh Chen and brings a whimsical, feng shui theme to life.

The house is worth $53 million due to its elaborate design and accessories. The home includes five bedrooms, soaring ceilings, massive glass window walls and visible steal beams that increase its architectural value. The beams are visible throughout the house due to its open concept space planning. One of the most interesting features is the residence's barbecue tower, a red-framed glass structure with an incredible 360 degree ocean view.

This house was originally built in 2006 but its recent upgrades by Ed Niles give the lavish home a more futuristic look.
