Chocolate Diamond Dorms

ECDM Designs Multi-Purpose Residence in France

Architects ECDM (Emmanuel Combarel and Dominique Marrec) have designed la Residence à Epinay Sur Seine just north of Paris. The building is very creatively designed and used for many different disciplines. The areas are color-coded based on the purpose of that section. The Residence à Epinay Sur Seine includes accommodation for students, university staff and women in distress.

I’m not completely sure which color stands for which, but I’m more or less concentrated on the chocolate diamond design. The complex has a sense of togetherness moving forward into the future. It’s nice to blend where those opportunities might not exist.
