The Diving Centre by Moko Architects Boasts Distincitve Design

Reinventing leisure sporting space, the Diving Center by Moko Architects houses both an indoor diving and skydiving facilities. The construction will be located outside of Warsaw, housing the recreational spaces with a tower of shipping containers. Architects have imagined a space in which the 10-story building is utilized as a facility for the adrenaline-seeking visitors of the the industrial district called Zeran.

The silos component of this center will be entirely filled with water for divers to explore depths of 82 ft, including an artificial "cave" at the base. "Shipping containers will be stacked up around the outside of the silos to provide offices and training facilities, as well as hostel accommodation, an exhibition area, a reading room, sports shops and a summer cafe," says Dezeen Magazine of the project. The inventive compartmentalization of space makes the Diving Center by Moko Architects a cutting-edge architectural construction.
