These spaces can take the form of wood-paneled lounges and auditoriums, which are arranged with chairs for animated avatars.
The platform launched in beta in early April and can be used on computer and iOS devices. As CEO Don Stein describes, "Gamers have been doing this for a decade in World of Warcraft and Second Life. We can now do that for the everyday person who may not own an Xbox, or a gaming PC or a headset."
