DGN Studio Extends the New Magpie House in London

Architecture designer studio DGN Studio introduces a new extension in East London at the Magpie House as it presents new mid-century furniture designs. It highlights the ground floor as it expands and is packed with furniture and fittings throughout. The kitchen grows by three meters into the back garden in order to function as a large dining and cooking space.

It can be entered by the steps in the front living room and it is brightened up by the skylights that rest between the wooden beams and has a concrete window seat that overlooks the garden. The first floor of the Magpie House has three bedrooms and one bathroom that is changed to provide a new bathroom, two larger bedrooms, a landing, and possibly a third bedroom if desired.
