Devoción Coffee's Cascara Bar is Inspired by the "Coffee Cherry"

New York-based coffee chain Devoción Coffee is known for its premium menu and subscription service -- spotlighting authentic and global flavors. Founded by Colombian-born business owner Steven Sutton, the company recently opened it's first-ever Cascara Bar in New York's Nomad neighborhood.

The bar celebrates an ingredient that is described as the "coffee cherry," a combination of the fruit and skin of coffee seeds and is the first of its kind in the city.
