SPENGA Rejoins Franchise FastLane's Program

SPENGA —  the boutique fitness concept that combines spin, strength, and yoga into a single 60-minute class — has rejoined Franchise FastLane's full-service development program to accelerate its nationwide expansion. This follows a two-year period of strategic operational strengthening and franchisee support through the FastLane CarPool program.

SPENGA was founded by six health industry executives with extensive experience. It initially embarked on Franchise FastLane's full-service development program in 2018, but shifted to the CarPool program in 2023 to prioritize organic development, enhance internal systems, improve franchisee communication, and refine operational processes.

With a reenergized foundation, a leaner and more efficient 3,000-square-foot studio model, upgraded technology, and expanded wellness offerings, SPENGA is now positioned for a renewed phase of rapid growth. Franchise FastLane, which has helped award over ten thousand franchise units since its launch in 2017, will provide comprehensive development support including territory checks, lead registration, marketing, compliance oversight, operational support through proprietary technology, and collaboration with franchise consultants, as well as access to the exclusive MasterMind program for peer learning and strategic collaboration.
