Exclusively at Natural Lawson convenience stores in Japan, consumers may now purchase unique dessert cubes that boast unique looks, tastes and textures.
Although the Ramune-kan and Lemon-kan desserts may look somewhat liquid in appearance, they boast a firm, gelatinous texture that is actually quite solid. While the Ramune-kan dessert takes cues from the popular Ramune soda from Japan, the Lemon-kan variety has a slice of citrus at its center. The gelatinous upper portions of these desserts are translucent, but the bottoms of these desserts are formed by a solid white meringue base, which makes for an interesting contrast in taste and appearance.
These desserts are packaged into individual containers for easy grab-and-go snacking at the convenience store chain across Japan.
