Glass-Blown Birdhouses

Cui by Adrian Froufe is a Nontraditional Fowl Feeder

Cui by Adrian Froufe is an atypical birdhouse that looks more like a piece of home decor than an outdoor feeder. Made out of hand-blown glass and rope, this creation "rejects traditional forms associated with these type of objects," as put by the designer. Instead of blending into its natural surroundings, the unique birdhouse stands out to make a stunning statement.

Its brilliant white color coupled with the rustic straw-colored rope allows Cui by Adrian Froufe to do just that. Each birdhouse is blown by glass experts of the Corning Museum of Glass, which is based in New York City, and then individually assembled by hand. Despite the unorthodox materials used, Cui by Adrian Froufe is fully functional and welcoming to feathery creatures big and small.
