The Watervation CUE Air Washer is a two-in-one air-optimizing appliance engineered to eliminate the need for costly replaceable filters in favor of a dramatically cheaper alternative: water.
The air purifier is engineered with a pump-free design that utilizes water in place of replaceable filters to drop the cost for operational components to nearly zero without losing any of the performance capabilities. The system utilizes a high-speed vortex thanks to a high-power water jet that has no submerged motor components to keep things clean. The RainTec system is inspired by the rain to wash away contaminants in the air and trap them for easy disposal. The purifier has been performance-tested by the Korea Conformity Laboratories, which showed a fine particulate reduction of 93.5%, 99.5% reduction in acetic acid, a 90% reduction in formaldehyde and a 99% reduction in ammonia.
The Watervation CUE Air Washer also works as a humidifier for a dual-purpose design.
