Pacific Foods Launches Organic 'Creamy Plant-Based Broths'

Campbell's Soup subsidiary Pacific Foods continues to expand its plant-based offerings by launching 'Creamy Plant-Based Broths,' a new product line consisting of two sustainably sourced, vegan-friendly cooking broths: 'Herb & Roasted Garlic' and 'Zesty Ginger & Tumeric.'

According to the company, 'Creamy Plant-Based Broths' are the first liquid broths on the market to use pea protein, which provides them with an impressive six grams of protein per 60 calorie serving. In addition, the broths are USDA certified organic, free of gluten and soy, and contain no GMOs.

The 'Herb & Roasted Garlic' variation is made with onions, pea protein, celery, carrots, roasted garlic puree, coconut aminos, sea salt, coriander, fenugreek, cumin, and black pepper. Meanwhile, the ' 'Zesty Ginger & Tumeric' is made with onions, pea protein, celery, carrots, ginger puree, carrot juice, turmeric, sea salt, garlic puree, and cayenne pepper.
