An ode to the classic Irish dish, the new Corned Beef and Cabbage Sausage combine an all-beef hormone- and antibiotic-free sausage with a blend of cabbage, garlic, and corned beef spices. The sausage is then served on one of Dog Haus’ signature grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls, which adds a touch of sweetness to balance out the savory spices in the sausage. As Dog Haus Würstmacher Adam Gertler explains, "This month’s sausage is a twist on an iconic meal and our way to get in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit. Our goal with this series is to make people try the flavors we’ve come up with and imagine all the other great foods that could be turned into a sausage."
