Infobip has launched PitchMate, an AI-powered conversational agent that delivers personalized football tournament content to fans through WhatsApp and RCS. PitchMate joins the company's existing RaceMate F1 fan agent as part of Infobip's growing sports AI platform. Fans can select a favorite team to receive tailored schedules, match statistics, quizzes and voice-scoring gamification through the Vocalize feature, while cross-session memory maintains a continuous experience from the opening match to the final whistle.
RaceMate, launched for the current motorsport season with the TGR Haas F1 Team, has already reached users in more than 60 countries, with a 26.8% return-user rate and its most engaged fans exchanging nearly 300 messages with the agent.
