Ace & Tate's Ultra-Slim Contact Lens Packaging Uses 80% Less Plastic

Ace & Tate's Contacts are sold in the world's slimmest sleeves for contact lenses and they boast 80% less plastic than standard sleeves. The packaging is powered by Smart Touch technology, which helps to make fitting the lenses a simpler and more hygienic process. The design of the packs reduces bacterial contamination by three times since the outer lens surface always faces up and the inner surface of the lens does not need to be touched.

The eco-friendly packaging design itself is made from 100% recycled plastic (from old lens moulds) and it is 100% recyclable. Contacts' lens sleeves are hardly one 1mm thick and they help to support circular sustainability.

Ace & Tate is working towards more sustainable innovations, including producing a completely circular pair of glasses.
