The 'Red' AWD Vehicle Has a Semi-Autonomous Design

The conceptual 'Red' construction vehicle has been created to offer a new way to perform tasks when it comes to a wide array of heavy duty applications without the need for too much person power.

The vehicle sports a semi-autonomous design along with "limbs" that can extend and contract to perform an array of different tasks in areas that have varying size constraints. Each of the wheels are outfitted with all-electric motors and feature an all-wheel drive design, which makes it perfect for traversing rugged terrain where other vehicles might not be able to venture.

The conceptual 'Red' construction vehicle speaks to the growing shift towards autonomous vehicles and is also outfitted with 360-degree obstacle detection technology as well as collision avoidance. The vehicle is the design work of Joona Järvinen.
