Kitchen-Centric Conceptual Installations

Snarkitecture Explores the Modern Kitchen Islands' Role

One of the reasons Caesarstone approached Snarkitecture for an inspiring and thought-provoking conceptual installation is perhaps the fact that the New York-based collaborative design practice is known for its gorgeous, awe-inspiring and highly experimental projects. Displayed at the Fuorisalone in Milan, the Snarkitecture x Caesarstone conceptual installation is an extension of a previous project that explores the role and contemporary design of kitchen islands.

The heart of the five-day exhibit is a sizable circular kitchen island that blurs the lines between home furniture and sculptural works of art. The object of interest is made with Caesarstone White Attia, and it explores the dynamic states of water — ice, liquid and steam.
