Navneet Education is one of the biggest schoolbook publishers in India and it has presented the special Color Blindness Detection Book. It looks like any traditional children's learning book but the bright illustrations are Ishihara-style patterning, which is the same that doctors use to test color vision.
The notion is to have children engage with the images and teachers or parents will be able to detect when the child won't respond to certain colors. The book is made in collaboration with marketing communications company FCB Group India along with a team of ophthalmologists and educators. The book effortlessly integrates color vision tests directly into the books that young children already use naturally to feel like a seamlessly integrated test.
