Peet's New Cold Brew Coffee Beverages Were Inspired by Desserts

For the summer, Peet's Coffee is expanding its menu with two new limited-edition cold brew coffee beverages that were inspired by desserts. Both of the drinks are prepared with Peet’s Baridi Cold Brew, plus fruit puree, vanilla syrup, sweetened condensed milk and half and half.

WHile the Strawberry Vanilla Cold Brew combines cold brew coffee with strawberry puree, the Citrus Cremesicle Cold Brew variety integrates yuzu citrus puree. As Patrick Main, senior R&D manager for Peet's Coffee, describes: "We took the distinctive aromas of the Japanese yuzu citrus and the well-balanced sweetness of strawberry to create an indulgent spin on our cold-brew beverages."

The fruity refreshers put a sweet new spin on cold brew coffee beverages and offer something different from straight-up cold brew, iced coffee or even a fruit-infused iced tea.
