Cobra National Curry Week Puts an Indian Spin on British Fare

National Curry Week takes place between November 21 and 27; to celebrate, Cobra Beer is working with curry houses across the U.K. to spice up the nation's favorite regional dishes.

Currinary talent and best-selling Indian cookery writer Pat Chapman with made-for-curry beer Cobra conducted a survey identifying the nation’s top 10 favorite regional foods. Various ‘Br-Indian’ versions were then created of each of these traditional dishes. The 10 new recipes will be sold in participating regional Indian restaurants across the country throughout Cobra National Curry Week 2010.
