Spherical Greenhouse Pavilions

This Circular Pavilion Features Green Wall Elements

This circular pavilion invites people to think about their own environmental habits.

Designed by the urban living specialists 'Space10' and the architects Mads-Ulrik Husum and Sine Lindholm, the pavilion is placed in the middle of an urban environment. It has two purposes – to liven up the the space visually and to make a statement about the potential for plant life and eco-friendly architecture in urban environments. The pavilion comes in the form of an orb that is made up of metal shelving and filled with plants, flowers and herbs – with seating that allows visitors to relax inside.

Although cities are often the very antithesis of green living and eco architecture, this circular pavilions shows that this does not have to be the case.
