Disney sure knows how to keep a formula going strong and the upcoming Cinderella remake is proof. Considering that the originally movie came out in 1950, it seems the fairest of the princesses deserves an update, but it won't just be any old update. CInderella will be hitting the big screen again in live-action, rather than simply getting updated visuals on the animated version.
There isn't much information on the film other than the fact that it will be out in March 2015 and Lily James will be taking up the mantle of the princess. One thing that can be noted through the reveal trailer though, is that the new glass slipper has a heel so high that a girl could fall to her death if she stepped in a crack. It's so high in fact that there's even a petition to let Cinderella wear flats -- it is 2014 after all.
