The 'On The Rocks Chocolate' Line Takes Cues from Cocktails

To put a fun new twist on liquor-filled chocolates, Kopper's Chocolate launched a line of On The Rocks Chocolate bites, which are alcohol-free.

While three of the chocolate confections take inspiration from cocktails and alcohol, the line also includes a coffee-inspired variety with crushed espresso beans and a cold brew coffee-flavored center. Each of the bite-sized chocolate treats boasts not just a beverage-inspired flavor but a form that is reminiscent of an ice cube.

The brand's vodka-flavored Moscow Mule Cordials are rolled in a sweet and spicy combination of sugar, ginger and mint, and the fruity Strawberry Margarita Cordials are infused with lime and filled with a tequila-flavored center. The Barrel-Aged Bourbon Cordials also offer promise a rich flavor experience with a treat that's dusted in cocoa.
