This series embraces the theme of metamorphosis -- or figures transforming into something else. Although metamorphosis is most commonly related to butterflies, these sculptures are definitely not flighty. Each one depicts the bottom half of a human being, beginning at around their pelvis, the figure begins morphing into a blob-like creature or worm.
