Graffiti Chair Collaborations

Eske Kath Redesigns the Chairik Collection by Erik Magnussen

The beauty and simplicity of the classic Chairik series by Erik Magnussen gets revamped with some exciting artwork done by artist Eske Kath for Engelbrechts design studio.

This exclusive collaboration between graffiti-style artwork and iconic furniture design is available only for a short time as part of a limited edition collection that will be released at the beginning of September 2013 and will be gone after February 2014.

Keeping with tradition, the seats come in a glossy, hardback shape with smooth curves and metal stiletto legs that the Chairik seating series is known for. Four different color motifs will feature the contemporary work of Eske Kath, incorporating the artist's penchant for architectural landscapes that, as explained by the artist, embody "a tumultuous, yet strangely playful commentary on domesticity and chaos."
