Canyon Speedmax AeroID Brings Its Pro-Level Aero to Every Rider

Canyon launched the next-generation 'Speedmax,' introducing Canyon Speedmax AeroID technology that brings pro-exclusive aerodynamic customization to age-group triathletes for the first time. Built around four pillars: AeroShield, AeroFuel, AeroFit and AeroBase, the system lets riders adapt fit and airflow in the same way world champions such as Sam Laidlow and Patrick Lange have fine-tuned their bespoke race setups.

AeroShield's fully adjustable closed cockpit reduces drag by up to 3 watts at 45 km/h, while AeroFuel's modular storage holds more than 3,500 ml of nutrition without sacrificing aerodynamics, reducing drag by up to 7 watts through its AeroModule design.

Canyon shows how data from elite athlete setups can be systematized into an adaptable, out-of-the-box performance platform for triathletes at every level.
