Canada Goose's HumanNature Pass Encourages Employees to Go Outside

Canada Goose's HumanNature Pass is encouraging its employees to take one paid hour off a week, so long as they spend that hour doing something recreational outside.

With social distancing guidelines in full effect, consumers globally are looking to work from home for the foreseeable future. While it comes with many perks, the side effects of not commuting are resulting in consumers spending less time outdoors than before. While speaking to AdWeek, Canada Goose CMO Penny Brook said that "We designed the pass to make it easier for our employees to live and embrace our philosophy, while encouraging the wellbeing of mind and body. It has been scientifically proven that time outside can have powerful effects on our mental health, including lowering blood pressure, reducing stress levels and improving our mood."
