Mellow Mushroom crafted a series of refreshing cocktails in celebration of National Margarita Day on February 22nd, including favorites like the sweet, smoky and spicy Campfire Peach Margarita.
This cocktail shares the taste of Casamigos Blanco tequila and Casamigos Joven mezcal, peach puree, jalapeno and house-made Agave sour. Instead of a citrus wedge, Mellow Mushroom favors wheels for additional acidity. The cocktail is also topped off with a half peach sugar and salt rim.
